About the Agency

We're partnering with an award-winning social and creative agency that delivers impactful work for some of the world's biggest brands and most exciting challengers.

Working across sectors including lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, culture, music, charities and purpose-led organisations, the agency is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is now looking for a Studio Lead to help define the future of its creative offering.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to join the business in a newly created leadership role, taking ownership of the agency's Studio function and setting the creative standard across the organisation.

You'll lead and develop a team of creatives, shape ideas from brief through to execution, and ensure every piece of work produced is social-first, culturally relevant and creatively exceptional.

This role is perfect for someone who has either led creative teams previously or comes from a larger agency environment and is excited by the prospect of building something, rather than stepping into an established structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Studio team and oversee creative output across all client accounts.
• Set and maintain creative standards across the agency.
• Push ideas from good to great, ensuring work is strategically sound and creatively exceptional.
• Mentor and develop creatives through constructive feedback and coaching.
• Build and refine creative processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Social and Client Services teams.
• Lead brainstorms, ideation sessions and creative workshops.
• Ensure all work is social-first and native to platforms including TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels.
• Bring fresh inspiration, trends and best practices into the agency.
• Play a key role in pitches and new business opportunities.
• Get hands-on with concepts, creative direction, scripting and copywriting when needed.

About You

• Significant experience within creative, social or integrated agency environments.
• Previous experience leading creative teams or operating at a senior creative level.
• Strong understanding of social-first creative and platform-native content.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking and idea generation skills.
• Experience presenting work and confidently selling ideas to clients.
• Able to manage multiple brands, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborative leadership style with high standards and low ego.
• Excited by growth and helping build a creative function from the ground up.

Desirable Experience

• Experience building or evolving creative or studio teams.
• Strong art direction background.
• Experience leading creative work for pitches and new business.
• Understanding of production workflows, shoots and post-production processes.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
