Studio Lead — formyou. Pilates Studio, Sheffield

We're opening formyou. - a new boutique Pilates studio in a fashionable, gentrifying area of Sheffield, and we're looking for the right person to make it their own.

This isn't a standard instructor role. We want someone who wants to build something. Someone who'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the studio, grow our class community, and shape how formyou. feels and grows. In return, genuine equity in the business is on the table for the right person who proves they are committed to building and growing with us.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage class scheduling, instruction, and studio operations.
• Bring energy, ideas, and your own stamp to how we run and grow.
• Help build a client base and community from the ground up.
• Work closely with the founder to shape the studio's direction.

What we're looking for:

• Qualifications and a good level of experience relevant to mat and reformer are essential. Megaformer, barre etc are definite bonuses, but not essential.
• Someone with genuine drive to build a business, not just teach a class.
• Confident, personable, the kind of person clients want to be around.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats early on.
