Studio Manager

About the role

As a Studio Manager at Cedo Wellness, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio while delivering an exceptional, personalized experience for every client. You will serve as a key ambassador of the Cedo Wellness brand, helping create a welcoming, professional, and wellness-focused environment while supporting client retention, studio growth, team performance, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the studio to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and health and safety across the studio
• Ensure studio policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed
• Manage studio schedules, class capacity, bookings, cancellations, waitlists, and daily attendance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, memberships, attendance, and other studio documentation
• Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, ordering, receiving, organization, and replenishment of studio supplies and retail products
• Monitor studio equipment and facilities, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate timely resolution of issues
• Serve as the first point of contact and create a warm, personalized, and professional welcome for every client and guest
• Build genuine relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and wellness goals
• Handle inquiries, feedback, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally

About you

• Ability to manage and oversee the onsite studio team, ensuring that team members are present, prepared, productive, and performing their responsibilities effectively
• Capacity to coordinate daily team activities, responsibilities, schedules, and workflow to ensure adequate coverage and seamless studio operations
• Ability to set clear expectations and promote accountability for attendance, punctuality, performance, professionalism, and service standards
• Capacity to monitor team performance and provide timely guidance, coaching, and feedback to support continuous improvement
• Ability to address day-to-day team concerns, operational issues, and conflicts professionally
• Capacity to drive membership, class, workshop, and retail sales through a consultative and client-focused approach
• Ability to identify opportunities to recommend appropriate services and packages based on each client's needs
• Capacity to follow up with prospective and existing clients to support conversions, bookings, renewals, and retention
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, empathy, strong communication, ownership, and a genuine commitment to health and wellness
