We are seeking a dynamic Studio General Manager to oversee daily operations at our fitness studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, customer service, team management, and retail/membership sales. They will also be a go-getter, and a fast learner. The General Manager will lead a team of TSA's (Trainer Sales Associates) to grow the studio and accomplish a few main responsibilities:

1. Membership Sales-

• Manage the funnel of leads and get them into the studio to convert to members.
• Community outreach! Be in the community and go to events and develop B2B relationships
• Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals; daily reporting
• Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community; increase brand awareness
• Drive retail sales

2. Membership Retention-

• Help members reach their personal fitness goals and help them feel their best
• Create events and challenges to provide value to members and increase studio usage
• Providing superior service to members, creating a positive and motivating environment
• Generate referrals
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers to address inquiries and concerns

3. Daily Operations-

• Maintain cleanliness of the studio
• Follow daily checklists to accomplish tasks
• Make sure equipment is functioning properly and fix when necessary
• Maintain accurate inventory reports

4. Lead team of TSA's-

• Hire and train staff
• Motivate and inspire TSA's to hit quotas, personal, and studio goals
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a positive work environment
• Assign responsibilities to tailor towards everyones strengths
• Complete evaluations and check in's with staff
• Hold staff meetings and trainings

The General Manager should expect to work 40 hours a week 9:30-6pm

Experience:

• Sales/Sales management
• Proven experience in the fitness industry with a focus on membership retention
• POS systems and retail operations
• Strong team management and time management skills
• Leadership abilities to inspire and guide the team towards success
• Social Media and Marketing experience
• Passionate about fitness and helping others on their wellness journey
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers

Base Salary plus competitive uncapped commission structure. As the studio grows and performs well, you get more commission!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
