STUDIO MANAGER

• Manage the daily operations and activities of the studio to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate studio bookings, schedules, production sessions, and client appointments.
• Supervise studio staff, creatives, technicians, and other team members.
• Ensure all studio equipment, facilities, and production tools are properly maintained and available when needed.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, content creators, editors, presenters, and clients during studio sessions.
• Monitor studio projects and ensure they are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Manage studio inventory, equipment records, supplies, and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, safe, and professionally presented at all times.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, complaints, and general studio-related concerns.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, procurement, and efficient use of studio resources.
• Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure team members follow studio guidelines.
• Coordinate production logistics, including set preparation, lighting, sound, props, and other requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on studio activities, bookings, equipment, expenses, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve studio operations, customer experience, and revenue generation.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
