STUDIO MANAGER

Studio Co Midhurst

Studio Co is growing, and we’re looking for a brilliant Studio Manager to lead our newest studio in Midhurst.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves Pilates, people and creating a genuinely great studio experience.

You’ll be the face of Studio Co in Midhurst, teaching classes, looking after our members, supporting our instructor team and making sure everything behind the scenes runs just as beautifully as it does on the studio floor.

We’re looking for someone who is Reformer trained, confident leading a team and happy to take real ownership of their studio.

THE ROLE

As Studio Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of Studio Co Midhurst, including:

• Teaching classes and delivering the high-quality, welcoming Studio Co experience our members know and love
• Key holding and taking responsibility for studio opening, closing, security and access
• Managing day-to-day studio operations and ensuring classes, equipment and facilities run smoothly
• Supporting, motivating and communicating with our Midhurst instructor team
• Managing instructor schedules and arranging cover to maintain a strong and consistent timetable
• Building relationships with our members and being a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact
• Keeping the studio beautifully presented, organised and ready for every class
• Flagging maintenance requirements and ensuring all equipment is safe and well cared for
• Working closely with the wider Studio Co team on launches, events, local partnerships and initiatives to grow the Midhurst community
• Sharing member feedback, operational updates and growth opportunities with the wider Studio Co team

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be naturally organised, confident taking ownership and comfortable balancing teaching with the operational responsibilities of running a busy boutique studio.

You’ll know how to bring the best out of a team, spot the little things before they become big things and make people feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.

Most importantly, you’ll understand that Studio Co is about more than delivering a great Pilates class. It’s about community, connection and helping people feel stronger and better in themselves.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
