We are seeking a talented, motivated studio manager for our DC location to lead us to continued success! The manager will help build the client base, work with a team, provide excellent client services, and demonstrate a commitment to the health, wellness, and beauty of our clients.

The manager will be the first point of contact for clients and will lead a team of technicians, so ideal candidates will have a passion for the wellness and beauty industry, strong organizational and sales skills, comfort with clients, and a professional, courteous personality. Responsibilities

• Manage studio employees’ weekly schedules and duty charts, encourage teamwork, and facilitate professional work processes. Achieve high performance and operational standards.
• Manage guest reservations and needs, ensuring that the guest experience is relaxing, unique, and in accordance with the studio standards.
• Maintain confidentiality for all guests and colleagues at all times.
• Identify specific market segments for potential corporate clientele to promote our services.
• Promote sales of services, bundle packages, and products.
• Generate pre-sales and buzz through outreach activities, educating the community and complementary businesses about our services.
• Review all guest feedback results and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor the studio environment to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Manage studio inventory effectively, following purchasing standards to ensure audit compliance.
• Communicate frequently with fellow team members to promote a seamless client experience and strong team identity.
• Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.

Experience & Requirements

• Some post-secondary education in business administration or hospitality management is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in management (spa, luxury hotel, etc.) is preferred.
• Passion for the wellness and beauty industry.
• Experience with pre-sales and outreach is desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership, teambuilding, and communication skills are essential.
• Working knowledge of spa software is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent client service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience with inventory and key performance indicators is preferred.
• Reliability is a must.
• Professionalism and a courteous attitude are highly desirable.
• Proven track record in sales is an advantage.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
