We are looking for an organised, responsible, and experienced *Secretary/Manager* to oversee the daily operations of our beauty studio in Lekki, Lagos.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily studio operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
• Handle client appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond to enquiries
• Oversee staff attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company standards
• Monitor the quality of services provided and ensure clients receive excellent experiences
• Keep accurate records, track appointments, payments, and daily activities
• Support basic administrative and financial tracking duties
• Resolve client or staff concerns professionally and calmly
• Ensure the studio environment remains organised, welcoming, and well-managed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Secretary, Office Administrator, Front Desk Manager, Salon/Beauty Studio Manager, or similar role *Required*
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, Good numerical skills *Required*
• Ability to manage people effectively and maintain discipline professionally *Required*
• Excellent communication and customer service skills *Required*
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
