About Us:
Chloe Jonason & Co is a creative interiors and homewares studio specialising in bespoke soft furnishings, vintage textiles and beautiful, sustainably sourced homewares. We're a small, friendly and passionate team who love what we do, with a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, timeless design and exceptional customer service.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for someone to join us in our lovely new studio in the Lincolnshire countryside. No two days are quite the same, and we're always looking for ways to improve, develop and work smarter.
Position Overview:
We're looking for an exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and proactive Studio Manager to help keep our busy studio running smoothly.
This role would suit someone who genuinely loves spreadsheets, enjoys working with numbers and data, and takes real pride in getting the details right. You'll oversee our daily operations, stock management, e-commerce and reporting, while managing and supporting our Studio Assistant.
We're particularly keen to find someone who is confident with technology, enthusiastic about embracing new software and AI tools, and enjoys finding more efficient ways of working.
You'll be joining a small, supportive team where everyone gets involved and your contribution really matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring everything is organised and running efficiently.
- Create, manage and maintain accurate Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheets.
- Produce regular sales, stock and business performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Manage stock control, inventory, deliveries and regular stocktakes.
- Oversee website product listings, pricing, stock accuracy and new product uploads.
- Coordinate order processing, packing and dispatch, working with external fulfilment partners where required.
- Manage and support the Studio Assistant, delegating tasks, setting priorities and providing guidance and feedback.
- Support product photography, launches and website updates.
- Embrace new technology, software and AI tools to improve systems and efficiency.
- Work closely with Chloe and the wider team to support the continued growth of the business.
What We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas, data analysis and reporting.
- Strong numerical ability and confidence working with data.
- Enthusiasm for technology, new software and finding smarter ways to work.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage and support others.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently.
- A friendly, collaborative attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
- Previous experience in operations, administration, e-commerce or a similar role.
- UK driving licence essential
Experience with Shopify, inventory systems or working within interiors or retail would be a bonus, but is not essential. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right skills, attitude and willingness to learn.
The Role:
- Full-time position, with part-time and flexible working hours considered.
- Based at our studio in Old Somerby, near Grantham.
- £16–£18 per hour, depending on experience.
- A creative working environment and supportive team culture.
- Opportunities to develop and grow alongside the business.
- Workplace pension offered through NEST.
To Apply:
If you're someone who loves organisation, has a brilliant eye for detail and would enjoy being part of a small, friendly and growing interiors business, we'd love to hear from you!
Please email [email protected] with your CV, a short covering email and WhatsApp 07827461192 a video of no more than 1 minute answering the following question:
