Studio Manager

BLANC Fitness is an independent strength, conditioning and hybrid training studio based in Takapuna, Auckland.

We're entering an exciting period of growth and looking for an exceptional person to join our leadership team as Studio Manager.

This isn't a traditional desk-based management role. We're looking for someone who loves people, wants to be a part of a growing fitness business.

You'll be just as comfortable connecting with members on the gym floor as you are organising a team, driving membership growth and making sure the business runs smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day operations of BLANC Fitness.

• Coaching group fitness sessions and building strong relationships with members.

• Managing membership enquiries, trials, sales and follow-ups.

• Driving member retention and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Supporting staff onboarding, development and performance.

• Maintaining studio standards, systems and processes.

• Working closely with the owner to improve and grow the business.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a natural leader who takes initiative and responsibility.
• Is highly organised and enjoys building efficient systems.
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is commercially minded and comfortable with sales.
• Can motivate, support and hold a team accountable.
• Has a genuine passion for fitness and helping people.
• Is confident coaching, or has the relevant experience and ability to develop into coaching BLANC sessions we can help develop in this area.

Previous management experience in fitness is an advantage, but not essential.
