San Ramon Academy of Music serves nearly 500 students across two San Ramon locations. We’re a systems-driven, people-centered music school focused on clear procedures, strong communication, and a warm, professional experience for every family.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Studio Manager to support day-to-day front desk operations and scheduling across both locations. This is an on-site role with room to grow into additional hours and expanded responsibilities for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Front desk coverage: greet families, answer phones, respond to texts/emails
• Scheduling support: trials, lesson changes, cancellations, and admin follow-up
• Keep reception organized and guest-ready
• Use our systems daily (training provided): Slack, Opus1, ClickUp, Google Workspace
• Communicate clearly with teachers, Studio Managers, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year admin/front desk/customer service experience preferred
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with checklists
• Professional communicator who can be warm and clear with boundaries
• Comfortable learning software and working in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Benefits

• Part-time, afternoons/evenings on weekdays; possibly alternating Saturdays
• 401(k) option possibility
