Studio Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Photography & Videography: Capturing high-quality photos (portraits, products, events), on-location video, and editing raw content using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
• Photo Editing & Retouching: Utilizing Photoshop or Lightroom to enhance images, color correct, retouch skin, and prepare files for print.
• Printing Services: Operating printers for photo printing, managing print queues, checking print quality (color, consistency), and producing custom items like albums, canvas prints, and corporate branding materials.
• Client Management & Admin: Welcoming customers,Handling enquiries, Preparing quotes, managing bookings, and delivering the final product. taking payments (UPI/cash), managing client communication, and maintaining the studio space.
• Digital File Management: Organising, storing, and archiving customer photos in a secure, structured system.

**Studio Management:**Setting up studio lighting and backdrops, and operating camera equipment., cleaning, maintaining equipment, and managing inventory of supplies (paper, ink, etc.).

Required Skills

• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Lightroom), photography equipment management, and print production software.
• Versatility: Ability to switch between a creative mindset (shooting/editing) and a technical mindset (printing/machine maintenance).
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines for both digital delivery and physical printing.
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills for managing client expectations and ensuring quality control.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
