Studio Manager

Overview

Join our team at Oakville Guitar Academy as a Studio Manager, where you will oversee the daily operations of our music school and help create a welcoming, organized, and inspiring learning environment. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational management to ensure a positive experience for students, parents, and instructors. You will play an important role in supporting music education, coordinating lessons, and maintaining the smooth operation of the academy.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the academy, ensuring that music lessons and studio activities run smoothly.
• Coordinate lesson schedules and manage appointments for students and guitar instructors.
• Welcome students and parents, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information about lessons and academy services.
• Support instructors with scheduling, studio organization, and day-to-day operational needs.
• Process payments for lessons and other academy services while maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment for students and staff.
• Address student and parent concerns professionally and help ensure a positive learning experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the overall development of the academy.

Skills

• Experience in customer service, administration, education, or studio management is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with students, parents, and instructors.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling payments, schedules, and administrative records.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy educational environment.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• An interest in music education or familiarity with a music school environment is an advantage.

Pay: From $33.60 per hour
