RISE Personal Training is seeking a passionate, energetic and results-driven Studio Manager / Personal Trainer to join our boutique fitness studio.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Trainer ready to take the next step into a leadership role while continuing to work closely with clients.
About the Role
- Deliver 1:1 Personal Training sessions
- Lead engaging small group training
- Support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations
- Manage client experience, bookings and relationships
- Help drive studio growth and create a positive team culture
About You
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Experience in Personal Training and small group training
- Positive, energetic and professional attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Leadership or studio management experience highly regarded
