Studio Operation Assistant

BOU Studio & Cafe is a lifestyle wellness space combining Pilates, strength training and a community café. We are looking for a responsible, energetic and people-oriented Studio Operations Assistant to join our team and help create a smooth, welcoming experience for every BOU member.

✨ YOUR ROLE

You will be part of the daily studio operations team, supporting both our clients and instructors while keeping the studio organised and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude

• Handle daily client check-in and basic front desk duties

• Assist clients with class bookings, package enquiries,new client registration and general questions

• Coordinate with instructors regarding class schedules and client arrangements

• Ensure the studio, equipment and common areas are clean, neat and well-presented

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Capture photos and short videos during classes for social media content

• Assist with events, workshops and studio activities

• Perform other day-to-day operational tasks as assigned

• Friendly, approachable and confident when communicating with clients in both (English & Mandarin)

• Responsible, organised and attentive to details

• Proactive and willing to take initiative

• Presentable and professional

• Comfortable using social media and taking simple photos/videos

• Interested in Pilates, fitness, wellness or lifestyle

• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team

• Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, customer service or retail is an advantage
