What they need
Build Something Exceptional
This is not a traditional Studio Manager position.
We're looking for an operational leader who believes that great businesses are built through exceptional people, strong systems, and consistent execution.
At Dance Flow Miami, our systems are already in place.
Our sales process is established.
Our operational standards are defined.
Our teacher development program is built.
Your mission is to elevate the performance of our team, strengthen our culture of accountability, and help take our business to the next level.
If you love developing people, optimizing operations, improving performance, and creating measurable results, we'd love to meet you.
About Dance Flow Miami
Dance Flow Miami is one of South Florida's premier ballroom dance studios, specializing in luxury private dance instruction for adults, wedding couples, social dancers, and competitive students.
The studio was founded by Veronika and Alexander Voskalchuk—former World Showdance Champions, three-time U.S. National Champions, and U.S. Open Champions—who dedicated more than 30 years to competitive ballroom dancing before creating Dance Flow Miami.
Today, our vision is to build one of the most respected and highest-performing ballroom dance studios in the country by combining world-class instruction, exceptional hospitality, and operational excellence.
Your Mission
Your mission is to help build a studio that becomes stronger every single month.
Working directly with the owners, you will develop people, strengthen accountability, improve execution, and identify opportunities that drive measurable business growth.
Success in this role is measured by results—not activity.

You're always asking:
"What can we improve next?"
Front Desk Leadership
You'll partner with our Front Desk team to continuously improve:
- Lead response
- Client communication
- Scheduling efficiency
- CRM accuracy
- Follow-up completion
- Overall client experience
Performance & Analytics
You enjoy working with numbers.
Every week you'll analyze business performance, identify opportunities, solve operational bottlenecks, and create action plans that move the business forward.
You make decisions based on data—not assumptions.

You're comfortable having difficult conversations.
You hold people to high standards while earning their respect.
You don't wait for instructions—you take ownership.
You focus on solutions, execution, and measurable results.
Ballroom dance experience is not required.
Experience leading teams and improving performance in luxury fitness, wellness, beauty, or another premium service business is strongly preferred.

Compensation
Starting base salary: $3,500 per month.
In addition to your base salary, you'll participate in a performance-based bonus program designed to reward measurable business growth.
Your bonus will be based on two key areas:
- Studio Performance — growth in weekly lessons and overall business performance.
- Operational Excellence — execution of studio systems, accountability, consistency, teacher development, CRM compliance, and overall operational performance.
As the studio grows, your earning potential grows with it.
Why Join Dance Flow Miami?
