Studio Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, organized and people oriented Studio Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily functions of our studio running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families, staying organized, communicating with a team, and creating a welcoming studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage studio schedules, ensuring optimal use of space and resources for various projects and events
• Communicate with parents, students and teachers
• Assist with enrollment, registration and trial follow - up
• Support event planning activities by organizing logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless execution of studio events and meetings
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Forms, Sheets)
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone etiquette for client interactions
• Communicate operational needs and concerns to the Studio Operations Director
