About Elevé LA Studio

Elevé LA Studio is a dynamic dance, pole, fitness, and creative studio located in Inglewood, California. We offer classes, workshops, events, productions, and community programming designed to inspire movement, creativity, and connection.

We're looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Studio Operations Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a growing creative business.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in business operations, studio management, events, customer service, or entrepreneurship.

What You'll Do

As a Studio Operations Intern, you'll work alongside studio leadership and assist with different areas of the business, including:

• Supporting day-to-day studio operations
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures
• Helping manage class schedules and updates in Mindbody
• Monitoring class registrations and attendance
• Assisting with instructor and staff communication
• Responding to basic customer questions by phone, email, and in person
• Supporting memberships and client accounts
• Helping with workshops, events, community classes, and special programs
• Assisting with event setup, check-in, and guest experience
• Keeping the studio organized and helping identify operational needs
• Assisting with administrative projects, data entry, and basic reporting
• Supporting outreach and community initiatives as needed

You won't be expected to know everything on day one. Training will be provided, and responsibilities will grow as you become more comfortable with the studio and its operations.

Previous experience in customer service, administration, events, or studio operations is a plus, but not required.

College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
