NeverAfter is a hot barre/pilates studio.

The Studio Rep is the face of Never After. We’re seeking a results-driven Studio Representative to join our Farringdon, London team and drive studio revenue while delivering a best-in-class, welcoming experience.

Equal parts hospitality expert and sales driver, you are the first point of contact for clients - building relationships, generating memberships, upselling services, and ensuring every interaction reflects the Never After brand and community-first mindset.

Reporting to the Studio Manager, you’ll partner with the studio team to grow revenue, elevate the client experience, and maintain a polished, welcoming and high-energy studio environment.

IMPORTANT: NeverAfter is an infrared heated studio. Although the reception area is in an air conditioned environment, you must be medically able to work in a heated environment as classes are in a heated environment.

What You’ll Do

• Engage prospective and current clients and confidently guide them through Never After studio offerings
• Sell memberships, class packages, and retail with clarity and intention
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and in-studio engagement
• Build relationships that drive retention, loyalty, and referrals
• Serve as the first and lasting impression of NeverAfter
• Create a welcoming, high-energy, professional front desk experience
• Anticipate student needs and resolve issues quickly and confidently
• Execute opening, closing, and front desk procedures accurately
• Maintain brand standards across customer service, cleanliness, merchandising, and studio ambiance
• Support inventory management, retail restocks, and supply organisation
• Assist with equipment resets and light cleaning between classes
• Partner with the Studio Team to ensure seamless daily operations and an elevated student experience

What You Bring:

• Ideally 1+ year of customer-facing sales or retail experience. Applications with less than 1 year experience may still be considered.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional and positive outlook
• Comfortable with POS and studio booking systems preferred but we can provide training
• Adaptable, accountable, and solution-oriented
• Physically able to take a minimum of 4 in house Never After classes per month to stay connected to our services
• Able to stand and remain active for 3–7 hours per shift and assist with equipment resets and light cleaning between classes
• Maintain availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends as scheduled by the Studio Manager based on business needs.
• Available shifts: Morning (5:30am-11:00am), Lunch (10:30am-2:30pm) and Afternoon/Evening (2:00pm-8:30pm).

Pay: Up to £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 33.0 per week
