Studio Sales Lead

Uni K Wax is opening a brand-new studio in Rochester Hills, and we’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, sales-driven Studio Sales Lead to help us build our membership base and create an exceptional guest experience from day one.

This is not a traditional receptionist position. Sales are a major part of the role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, recommending products and services, and turning first-time guests into loyal members.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional studio experience
• Educate guests about Uni K Wax memberships and actively drive membership sales
• Rebook guests and help build long-term client relationships
• Recommend and sell retail products
• Manage check-in, checkout, scheduling, phone calls and guest questions
• Help maintain an organized, clean and professional front-of-studio environment
• Support daily studio sales and membership goals
• Take ownership of individual sales performance
• Work closely with studio leadership and waxers to create a strong, team-oriented sales culture

Compensation

• $16.00/hour base pay
• Membership sales commission

This is a sales-focused position with the opportunity to earn above the hourly base through performance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, beauty or customer-service experience
• Strong sales ability and comfort asking for the sale
• Friendly, confident and comfortable starting conversations
• Competitive and motivated by goals and incentives
• Reliable, organized and professional
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to learn our services, memberships and retail products and explain them confidently
• Available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Experience in beauty or waxing is helpful, but sales ability and personality matter more.
