The Studio Success Assistant is a hybrid role combining remote work with on-site visits to Club Pilates studios throughout South Florida. This position primarily supports daily member-related tasks while assisting with studio supplies, facility maintenance, retail purchasing, and shift coverage to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Member Management & Support (Primary Responsibility)

• Assist with daily member-related tasks, including cancellations, freezes, billing inquiries, and account updates.
• Support member follow-ups, retention efforts, and membership management.
• Help studio teams resolve member requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate member records and track pending tasks.

Customer Support

• Provide outstanding customer support, promptly addressing member inquiries and requests.
• Assist with urgent member and studio-related matters as needed.

Studio Supplies & Retail Purchasing

• Monitor inventory and purchase essential studio supplies and retail merchandise.

Studio Premises Management

• Conduct studio visits to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs.

Studio Shift Coverage

• Cover front desk and operational shifts at designated studio locations as needed.
• Support daily studio operations during staffing shortages or scheduling gaps.

Operational Support

• Assist the Studio Success Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.

Work Environment

• Hybrid position with travel between South Florida studios.
• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, typically 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling based on operational needs, up to 40 hours per week.
• Emergency support may be required as needed.
• Reports directly to the Studio Success Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
