Study Abroad Advisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide professional study-abroad consulting services for clients applying to universities and institutions in North America, following the company’s service standards and procedures.

2. Guide clients throughout the study-abroad application process and keep them informed of relevant updates and progress in a timely manner.

3. Understand clients’ academic and personal backgrounds, as well as the admission requirements of their target countries, and develop practical and personalized study-abroad plans.

4. Proactively follow up with prospective clients, provide ongoing support, and achieve monthly performance targets.

5. Review and verify clients’ application materials and follow up on the progress of their applications.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas study experience is preferred.

2. Previous experience in the study-abroad industry or high-end customer sales/service is preferred.

3. Passionate about education and committed to providing high-quality services based on integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of social responsibility.

4. Able to work under pressure, with strong organizational skills and a clear goal-oriented mindset.

5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a good sense of teamwork and attention to detail.

6. Strong learning ability and the ability to quickly acquire knowledge related to the company’s business; proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
