Have you studied abroad and want to help others experience the same journey? If you have first-hand experience studying overseas and enjoy consulting, building relationships, and achieving sales targets, Indies wants you on our team!

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Guide Students on Study Abroad Opportunities: Advise students and families on universities, programs, scholarships, admission requirements, and study destinations based on their goals and profiles.
• Support University Applications: Provide guidance throughout the application process, including university selection, personal statements, documentation, applications, visa preparation, and pre-departure guidance.
• Consult with Potential Students: Understand students’ goals and concerns, recommend suitable study options, and help them make informed decisions about studying abroad.
• Convert Leads into Students: Build trust with prospective students and families, address their concerns, and guide them toward enrollment.
• Build Strong Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with students and families to ensure a great experience and encourage referrals.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Manage leads effectively and contribute to individual and team sales targets.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For:

• Study Abroad Experience: Previous experience studying abroad is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the student journey and overseas education experience.
• International Education Knowledge: Good understanding of international universities, programs, scholarships, admission processes, and study destinations.
• Consultative & Sales Skills: Ability to understand customer needs, recommend suitable options, handle objections, and confidently close deals.
• Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with students and parents.
• Relationship Builder: Customer-focused, proactive, and committed to creating a positive student experience.
• Goal-Oriented: Comfortable working with sales targets and motivated by achieving results.
