Location: Grafton, Auckland Central

Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term - Parental leave cover

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (approximately 8:00am – 4:30pm). Occasional weekend work may be required depending on study requirements.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Study Coordinator to join our Research team in Auckland.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and delivering clinical research studies, recruiting participants, coordinating and conducting participant visits, and supporting study activities through to close-out. All work is carried out in accordance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials through to close-out.
• Recruit, schedule, and support study participants.
• Coordinate and conduct participant visits.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and data quality.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, participants, and internal stakeholders.
• Support and mentor other team members as required.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Study Coordinator in a commercial clinical trials environment at site level.

• Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP requirements.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.

• Professional and confident stakeholder management skills.
