Role Opportunity - 2 positions
An opportunity to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of major project studies within a large-scale mining operation. This role manages Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies, ensuring technical, commercial, risk and assurance requirements support key investment decisions.

One candidate brings a strong process/metallurgy background, with experience focused on debottlenecking and optimising existing processing plants, while the other offers an infrastructure and power delivery background , having led the development and execution of major utilities and site infrastructure projects.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Engineering Process or Electrical, mining or project qualification
• Mining industry study leadership experience
• Mineral processing and lithium plant experiences
• Strong stakeholder management capability
• Study planning and risk management
• Executive-level communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility and project studies
• Develop study plans and budgets
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholder inputs
• Manage study risks and opportunities
• Prepare investment review materials
