Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport students along assigned routes.
• Monitor students and help ensure their safety and well-being during each trip.
• Assist students with getting in and out of the van.
• Communicate with school staff, parents, and students in a professional and respectful manner.
• Report behavioral concerns and any issues that may affect student safety.
• Follow emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Use a mobile app for daily routes and job-related tasks.
• Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 3 years of driving experience in Connecticut.
• Valid driver's license with the required Connecticut V endorsement.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Available for early morning routes.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to student safety and professional conduct.
