At bocnyc, our mission is to inspire, connect, and celebrate personal style while being a true “blessing to the neighbor.” We are an independently owned, high-end women’s boutique known for our welcoming, community-driven environment, thoughtfully curated collections, and loyal clientele.

We are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented Style Advisors who want to grow with us and make every client feel welcomed, understood, and beautifully styled.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, elevated, and personalized shopping experience.
• Build lasting relationships with clients.
• Offer thoughtful styling advice and product knowledge.
• Contribute to individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of new arrivals, designers, and current collections.
• Support merchandising, inventory, daily operations, and store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team and help wherever needed.
• Represent bocnyc with professionalism, positivity, and integrity.

What You Bring

• Previous fashion retail, styling, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment.
• Professional, polished, and approachable presence.
• Clienteling experience is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
