Styling Consultant / Image Consultant

Are you someone who is good with people AND has an eye for style?

We’re looking for a Styling Consultant / Image Consultant who enjoys meeting people, understanding their needs, recommending solutions, and helping clients improve their personal image.

You’ll be involved throughout the client journey — from the moment someone sends us an enquiry, to their consultation, styling experience, photoshoot, and follow-up.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Consultation & Customer Experience

• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and other channels
• Understand clients’ needs, professions, lifestyles, preferences, and image goals
• Conduct and assist with styling and image consultations
• Recommend suitable styling and image services
• Follow up with potential and existing clients
• Assist clients throughout their entire experience
• Maintain professional and timely communication
• Build positive, long-term client relationships

Booking, Follow-Up & Sales

• Coordinate consultations and appointment bookings
• Follow up with enquiries and prospective clients
• Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed clients
• Maintain accurate client information and records
• Coordinate client requirements before appointments
• Follow up after consultations and services
• Identify suitable services based on individual client needs

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with sales through genuine consultation — understanding what the client needs and recommending the right solution rather than hard selling.

Styling

• Assist with personal styling and image recommendations
• Prepare styling references and mood boards
• Source clothing and accessories
• Assist during fitting sessions
• Participate in personal shopping and wardrobe review sessions
• Prepare outfits for client photoshoots

Content, Photoshoots & Events

• Assist during client and content photoshoots
• Participate in fashion and styling content creation
• Contribute creative ideas for social media
• Assist with workshops, events, and special projects

Experience in customer service, sales, fashion retail, beauty, styling, hospitality, personal shopping, or client servicing will be an advantage.
