Stylist

We are an established luxury hair salon in Birmingham looking for a talented and ambitious Hair Stylist to join our growing team.

As part of an established salon brand, we also have a second Pickles & Co salon in Bromsgrove, giving our team the security and opportunities that come with joining a growing multi-location business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, established salon with an existing client database and genuine earning potential from day one. Unlike starting somewhere and having to build a column entirely from scratch, there is an opportunity to take on existing clients while continuing to grow your own loyal clientele.

The role

You will:

• Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring and styling services
• Provide thorough professional consultations and exceptional client care
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Recommend appropriate services, treatments and homecare
• Maintain the high standards and luxury experience our clients expect
• Contribute positively to a professional and supportive team environment

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2+ years' experience as a qualified Hair Stylist
• Is confident in cutting, colouring and styling
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Is professional, reliable and self-motivated
• Takes pride in delivering consistently high standards
• Is passionate about hair and keen to continue developing their skills
• Wants to grow their income and establish a successful, busy column
