Sub Agent

Responsibility:

• Plan, implement, and monitor regular site activities to ensure smooth daily operations and project progress;
• Lead and manage a front-line team of 15–20 staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and effective teamwork;
• Conduct and coordinate in OP and FSI inspections
• Coordinate and monitor the work tasks as specified in the plan;
• Coordinate with and manage sub-contractors for progress, safety and quality.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Building projects;
• Familiar with substructure and ABWF works;
• IOSH/MEBOSH safety certificate is a plus
• Familar with OSH regulations and site operation procedures;
• Independent, mature and good problem solving skill;
• Good command in English & Chinese, preferred in Mandarin.
