About the Role

We are seeking reliable subcontract cleaners with strong bond-cleaning experience to deliver high-quality end-of-lease cleans for rental properties. If you take pride in meeting detailed standards and returning properties to a “like new” condition, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities (Bond Cleaning Standards)

• Perform complete bond/end-of-lease cleaning to the required standard (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas as applicable)
• Clean and degrease kitchens (bench tops, splashbacks, stovetop/oven exterior, rangehood/exhaust surfaces, cupboards/external surfaces)
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly (toilets inside/out, basins, showers, tiles, mirrors, floors, removal of soap scum/scale where possible)
• Remove dust and grime from skirting boards, doors, window sills, vents, and light fixtures (as required)
• Clean windows (internal), tracks, and glass surfaces (where included)
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard floors according to job requirements
• Remove rubbish and leave the property clean and ready for inspection
• Ensure all areas are completed according to a bond checklist and report any issues/discrepancies
• Communicate professionally with the booking/supervisor and confirm job readiness/timing

Requirements

• Proven experience with bond cleans (preferred)
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and meet inspection-level expectations
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations within [service area]
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Must arrive on time and complete jobs to agreed scope
• Ability to lift/move cleaning equipment and supplies (up to [10–25] kg as applicable)
• Own basic cleaning supplies/equipment (confirm what you provide vs what we supply: [e.g., vac/mop/chemicals])

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with oven/grill/rangehood cleaning (if included in your service)
• Carpet shampoo/steam cleaning experience (if included in your service)
• Photos/quality reporting for completed jobs
• Working knowledge of typical rental inspection expectations
