Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Sub Contractor cleaning crews for cleaning services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning solutions across various commercial and industrial sites. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure environments are spotless, sanitized, and safe for all occupants. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash disposal to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Conduct specialized cleaning procedures such as window washing, pressure washing, floor care, and sanitation of restrooms and kitchens.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Manage laundry services where applicable, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms.
• Execute janitorial duties with precision in various environments—offices, retail spaces, industrial sites—ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supply inventories, and safety procedures to ensure compliance and accountability.
• Support infection control protocols by following proper sanitation procedures and handling chemicals responsibly.

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care, and sanitation practices.
• Knowledge of chemical handling procedures and the safe use of cleaning products.
• Experience with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks required for moving equipment or supplies safely.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and site personnel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Prior experience in infection control practices is advantageous for maintaining safe environments.
