What We Expect

Pros must operate professionally and be able to complete work to the agreed scope and standard.

Depending on the trade and project, requirements may include:

• Valid government-issued identification
• Commercial liability insurance
• Applicable trade licences, certifications or registrations
• WSIB/WCB where required
• Reliable transportation
• Tools and equipment appropriate to your trade
• Professional customer communication
• Project progress and completion photos
• Ability to complete assigned work safely and on schedule

Compensation

Projects are offered on an independent subcontractor basis.

Each project includes a predefined payout before you accept the work.

Project payouts are inclusive of applicable GST/HST where required.

Payments are processed following successful completion, required close-out documentation and project approval, subject to applicable provincial requirements and any statutory holdbacks.
