WE'RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED ROOFING CREWS!

C&N Roofing Inc. is expanding our California operations and looking for reliable, skilled, and experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join our team!

We are seeking established crews specializing in tile, shingle, and foam roofing for upcoming residential and commercial projects throughout California.

We want hardworking professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship, maintain safe and clean jobsites, and can deliver quality work while meeting project deadlines.

Positions Available

• Tile Roofing Crews – Installation, removal, replacement, and repairs
• Shingle Roofing Crews – Tear-offs, installations, replacements, and repairs
• Foam Roofing Crews – Spray polyurethane foam roofing, coatings, and restoration

Requirements

• Proven experience in your roofing specialty
• Established crew with experienced installers
• Ability to complete projects efficiently and professionally
• Strong knowledge of roofing installation procedures and safety standards
• Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment
• Ability to follow project schedules and meet deadlines
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Provide progress updates and daily jobsite photos when required
• Proper licensing, insurance, and workers' compensation coverage as required by California law

Compensation
