Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Subsystem Technical Manager (SSTM) with a strong technical background and proven managerial skills. The ideal candidate should currently be in a similar role and possess expertise in the vehicle engineering domain as. A deep understanding of automotive engineering and industrialization processes is essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the technical coordination and integration of a subsystem within a program, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Guarantee the complete development, validation, industrialization, and/or maintenance of relevant subsystems/modules (Platform, Module, Program, Top Hat) with the support of the regional Unit SSTL.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet quality, cost and timeline goals.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with performance requirements.
• Serve as the single point of contact for CCLP (CVE Chief Vehicle Engineer, VTM Vehicle Technical Manager, VSM Vehicle Synthesis Manager, etc.) for program/project-specific activities.
• Represent the subsystem at vehicle forums and assembly plants.

What You’ll Bring:

• Engineering background, with strong expertise in automotive systems engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive resolution.
• At least 10 years of experience in vehicle engineering, subsystem development, or related fields.
