POSITION: Subcontracts Administrator

LOCATION: Alexandria, VA.

Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our corporate office team in Alexandria, Virginia. This position provides an exemplar career opportunity and performs a full range of procurement and administration activities in support of business contract administrative and compliance requirements.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

• Perform full range of procurement and administration activities associated with the procurement of subcontracting work.
• Qualifies subcontractors, issues requests for proposals, evaluates proposals, performs price and cost analysis, sourcing justification and maintains subcontract files in accordance with established procedures.
• Oversee and perform the full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work and material acquisition on a project.
• Negotiating with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreement negotiations.

MINIMUM SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience with preparation for a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) is desired.
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint.
• Experience working with FAR, DFARS, Agency regulations, etcetera.
• Experience with T&M, Fixed Price and Cost Type Subcontracts.
• Effective Negotiator.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills.
• Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience.
• Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

SALARY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00
