About the role

We're looking for reliable subcontractors to take on overnight commercial cleaning in restaurants across the Sunshine Coast, including Maroochydore, Birtinya, Caloundra and Baringa. You'll need an ABN, and you set your own price by quoting the site.

Pay

You're paid per clean. Come and see the site, quote your price, and once we agree, that's the rate for every clean. Invoice weekly, paid weekly.

As a guide, a larger restaurant that takes 2.5–3 hours usually comes in around $150 + GST a clean. That works out to roughly $50–$60 an hour + GST.

Once your quote is agreed, that site is yours on the nights you've committed to. No swapping around between restaurants. Want more work? Quote another site.

We clean every site ourselves before handing it over, so the scope is realistic. We also do your first clean with you, so you know the site and can ask questions.

Every site has its own detailed checklist in our cleaning app:

• No remembering every task. Your site's full list is on your phone

• No second-guessing. Tick through it and you know the job's done properly

• No surprises. It's exactly what you quoted, broken down task by task. The same list every clean, and nothing gets added on the night

Quick details

• Access between 11pm and 5am. You don't need to be on site the whole time

• Sites take roughly 1.5–3 hours for one person

• Choose your nights, 2–7 a week

• Suits individuals, pairs or teams

• The restaurant's chemicals and larger equipment are on site, or you can use your own if you prefer. Either way, bring a vacuum, cloths and paper towel
