Subcontract Management Sr - E3

Standard Job Description Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Supply Management experience required
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills required
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail

Desired Skills

• Proficiency with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)
• Knowledge of SAP (or similar) P2P systems.
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of suppliers
• Able to achieve delivery to tight schedules in a dynamic work environment.
• Well organized, excellent communicator and team builder
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
