Pay

$1,039.00-$2,078.40 Per Month

Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens in residential and commercial properties
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients
• Use manual handling techniques to lift, move, and position heavy furniture or cleaning supplies safely and efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and longevity
• Operate various cleaning equipment including vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and janitorial tools with skill and safety awareness
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs, provide updates on service completion, and address any concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments when necessary
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client sites
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude toward client communication
• Familiarity with floor cleaning techniques such as buffing or polishing is a plus
• Experience with outdoor work or outdoor maintenance tasks is advantageous
