Subcontractor Development & Coordination Manager – E&I Projects

Nave Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced professional to develop and manage our subcontractor network for *Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Projects across India*.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Identify and onboard new E&I subcontractors across India

• Develop a strong location-wise subcontractor/vendor network

• Verify contractor capability, manpower strength, tools, statutory documents and previous experience

• Float work enquiries/RFQs and collect subcontractor quotations

• Rate analysis, negotiation and finalization

• Prepare subcontractor work scope and coordinate work orders

• Mobilize subcontractors and manpower as per project requirements

• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers and site teams

• Monitor subcontractor work progress, quality, safety and timelines

• Resolve site execution and manpower-related issues

• Verify subcontractor measurements, work completion and bills

• Ensure projects are completed within approved cost and schedule

• Maintain subcontractor performance records and develop alternative contractors for critical locations

*Preferred Experience:*

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / E&I / Instrumentation

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial Electrical & Instrumentation projects

• Strong network of E&I contractors/subcontractors preferred

• Experience in industrial plants, factories and project sites

• Knowledge of cable laying, termination, cable tray, panels, earthing, instrumentation, field instruments, SS tubing, control wiring, commissioning etc.

• Strong negotiation and contractor-management skills

• Willing to travel across India

*Key Requirement:*

The candidate should be capable of taking a project/service requirement, arranging the right subcontractor and coordinating the complete execution until successful handover.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
