What they need
Jennings H. Mitchell & Son, Inc. is looking to build relationships with experienced, dependable, and safety-focused Division 9 subcontractors for upcoming commercial construction projects throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, and surrounding areas.
We are seeking qualified subcontractors and crews experienced in metal stud framing, drywall installation, drywall finishing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, blocking, and other related Division 9 scopes of work.
Subcontractors must be properly insured, committed to jobsite safety, able to maintain project schedules, and provide quality workmanship that meets project plans and specifications.
