As the key link between operations, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you will drive work delivery, improve subcontractor performance, strengthen governance processes, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and compliantly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this role offers excellent career development opportunities and meaningful work within a nationally recognised infrastructure business.

Why Join Service Stream?

  • Secure permanent full-time opportunity.
  • Diverse role combining coordination, stakeholder management, planning, and commercial oversight.
  • Career growth and development within a growing national business.
  • Supportive team culture with opportunities to broaden your skills across utilities and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and review control systems work requests.
  • Schedule and dispatch work orders, including work order closure and quality assurance activities.
  • Manage internal field resources, work prioritisation, timesheet accuracy, and reporting.
  • Coordinate operational activities between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Review quotations, claims, and variations to ensure commercial and contractual accuracy.
  • Support month-end reporting activities alongside finance stakeholders.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, resource utilisation reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor cost improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Assess work priorities and criticality in consultation with operational stakeholders.
  • Support technical assurance and compliance verification of completed works.
  • Ensure effective management of ancillary support services and subcontractor arrangements.

About You

You are a detail-oriented and solutions-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in subcontractor management, contract administration, scheduling, planning, or operational coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in administration, compliance, scheduling, planning, or project support.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.

Highly regarded but not essential:

  • Experience with control systems, electrical infrastructure, or utilities environments.
  • Electrical trade qualification or similar technical background.
  • Planning, scheduling, or project coordination experience.
  • Project Management qualifications.
