Subcontractor Pole Building Crew (1099 Contract)

Bulldog Contractors is an established, high-volume post-frame builder serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. We have a robust backlog of pre-sold residential, commercial, and agricultural pole buildings ready for immediate start.

We are actively seeking experienced, independent 2-to-5-man Subcontractor Crews (framing and metal sheeting) to partner with us for long-term, consistent work.

If you have a skilled crew, a high standard of quality, and your own equipment, we will keep your schedule completely full year-round.

Compensation & Fast-Pay Structure

We respect our subcontractors' cash flow. We do not make you wait weeks for your money:

• $Large Sign-On Bonus: Paid out upon the successful, on-time completion of your first three builds.
• Rapid 2-Stage Payouts (Paid immediately upon passed inspections):
• Draw 1: Issued immediately after the framing inspection passes.
• Draw 2: Issued immediately after the final completion inspection passes.

Requirements & Qualifications

To maintain our standard of quality, partner crews must meet the following:

• Post-Frame Experience: Proven track record of framing and sheeting pole buildings.
• Layout & Staking: Must be capable of staking and laying out your own buildings accurately according to engineered plans.
• Equipment & Tools: Must have your own reliable crew truck, standard framing/sheeting tools, and a telehandler/reach fork (preferred, or verifiable access to equipment).
• Credentials: Must possess active WA or ID Contractor Registration, General Liability Insurance, and Workers' Comp/Sole Proprietor exemptions where applicable.
• Reliability: Strict adherence to schedules, clean jobsites, and pride in your craftsmanship.
