What they need
Eligibility Criteria of TAG SMEs:
- Education : IT reqs (BE/ B.tech CS/ MCA), for Engineering (B.tech Civil/EC/ME)
- Experience: Must be having 3+ years of US Staffing exp. and Prior Core IT exp. will be a plus
- Stability: Should have stability repo (1-2+ Years in previous org.)
- Technically Sound: Understanding of Skills and have brief idea about tech terms used in IT/Engg hiring
- AI Use: Have good hands-on exp. Using AI tools i.e., ChatGPT/Claude and Who has zeal to adapt new AI skills used in Staffing.
Hiring Process of TAG SME’s:
- Aptitude Test (MCQ related to English grammar/ US/ Canada Staffing) to check their thought process and brain IQ ability.
- HR round (Verbal test)
- Manager round (Technical and behaviour test)Role & responsibilities
