Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in IT project coordination, application support, business analysis, implementation, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle and software implementation processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, technical, QA, and vendor teams.
• Good understanding of requirement gathering, functional analysis, UAT, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Strong project tracking and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project tracking tools.
• Experience with ERP/business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall project methodologies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day IT application projects and enhancement activities.
• Act as SME for assigned business processes and applications.
• Gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, QA teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project activities, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Coordinate development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Coordinate UAT, test scenarios, defects, and resolution activities.
• Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely closure.
• Review enhancements against business requirements and support implementation.
• Monitor production issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Provide regular project status updates and escalate risks or delays.
• Support change management, approvals, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate vendor activities and stakeholder communication.
• Support user training, knowledge transfer, and process documentation.
