Subsation design

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop substation layouts for 400kV systems using AIS (Automatic Identification System) software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during the design process.
• Conduct site visits to inspect existing substations and identify areas for improvement or upgrade requirements.
• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and documentation for substation equipment installations.

Job Requirements :

• 4-20 years of experience in substation design engineering with a focus on high-voltage systems (400kV).
• Proficiency in GIS (Geographic Information System) software for mapping and spatial analysis.
• Strong understanding of AIS protocols and their application in power transmission networks.
• Experience working with various types of transformers, switchgear, and other electrical equipment used in substations.
