Subscription Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Subscription Sales Executive to drive B2B magazine subscription sales, acquire new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The role involves a combination of phone-based sales, email communication, follow-ups, and participation in exhibitions and industry events.

Responsibilities

• To undertake subscription sales by contacting the client by phone, or email. Should make at least 50-60 connected calls in a day which also includes follow-ups.
• To acquire new clients and service the existing ones.
• To maintain a productivity sheet and submit it as per the schedule provided by the HOD.
• To undertake cross-selling of products to the existing customers.
• To undertake Directory / Annual / Digital sales.
• To ensure that the contacts of the client are updated every time a client takes/renews a subscription.
• Coordinate with other team members/reporting head.
• To undertake mailing activities as per the instruction of HOD.
• To handle enquiries received on phone/email/website.

Qualifications

• Any graduate with minimum 1-2 years experience in Telesales / telemarketing / Outbound sales / similar profile.
• Experience required: 1-2 years
• Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Details

• Job Location: Mumbai
• Office Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Saturday-Sunday Holiday; However, in a month at least 1 Saturday is a working.)
