About The Role We’re looking for a Senior Subsidiaries Accounting Officer who will oversee the accounting operations of UnionBank subsidiaries, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely delivery of accounting information that supports management decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Review and analyze subsidiaries’ financial statements for internal and external reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with reportorial requirements and regulatory submissions to government and non-government agencies.
• Oversee accounting operations of assigned subsidiaries and ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information.
• Review tax computations and financial disclosures, including extraordinary transactions and other relevant business issues.
• Coordinate with key officers, board members, and stakeholders to address accounting concerns, customer requests, and compliance-related matters.
