Substack & Content Strategy Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Substack & Content Strategy Consultant to help us strengthen, grow, and monetize our Substack newsletter.
The ideal candidate will review our current Substack setup, newsletter structure, audience, and publishing strategy, then provide practical recommendations to improve engagement, audience retention, and overall growth.
Responsibilities

• Review and assess our current Substack setup and newsletter strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve audience growth and engagement
• Evaluate newsletter structure, content, publishing frequency, and audience needs
• Develop practical strategies to grow and monetize the Substack
• Provide clear recommendations for increasing audience retention
• Help establish a consistent and effective content strategy
• Track progress and recommend improvements as needed
• Maintain clear and detailed communication

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Substack
• Experience growing and monetizing newsletters or online audiences
• Strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
• Ability to analyze an existing setup and identify areas for improvement
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
• Reliable and consistent
• Experience working with international clients is a plus

Goals
Our target is to grow the Substack to approximately 20,000 followers, including around 1,000 paid subscribers, while building a sustainable long-term audience and monetization strategy.
