Substititute Support Specialist

OVERVIEW: The Substitute Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Operations team within

Gallup McKinley School District.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and control the fulfillment of substitute teacher and paraprofessional assignments within assigned school districts.
• Serve as a liaison between school district administration and ESS staff, delivering excellent customer service and timely responses to emails, calls, and in-person inquiries.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records.
• Regular attendance in-office is required.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Problem-solving skills
• Must interact well with others.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, written skills, and interpersonal skills
